Terms of Service

o-early provides AI-assisted website and Answer Engine Optimization readiness outputs for informational planning purposes only. Scores and recommendations do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, referral traffic, or inclusion in any model response.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing every generated output before relying on it for editorial, technical, commercial, legal, or operational decisions.

o-early is the service provider and contracting service name for this product. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean o-early.

o-early provides an AI-assisted website and Answer Engine Optimization readiness audit workflow. Users submit a target website, and the service may generate a teaser, a full audit report, supporting artifacts, and a downloadable bundle.

The service is intended for planning, internal review, and remediation support. It does not certify search performance, guarantee AI citations, or establish that a website will appear in any model response.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You may only submit websites that you own, operate, represent, or are otherwise authorized to assess.

• Do not submit private systems, internal hostnames, or targets you are not authorized to test.
• Do not use o-early to disrupt, scrape, attack, or overload third-party services.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, queue limits, or abuse controls.

Paid credits allow you to start full audit runs. Credits are consumed when an audit successfully enters the paid assessment workflow and produces the expected result path. Failed runs are handled under the Refund Policy.

Payment processing may be handled by Creem. o-early does not store full card numbers or bank credentials.

Reports and artifacts may contain automated analysis, model-generated language, and inferred recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and deciding whether to use any output.

We do not guarantee that outputs will be complete, current, error-free, suitable for a specific jurisdiction, accepted by any authority, or effective for any business outcome.

o-early may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We try to keep the workflow available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent artifact storage, or compatibility with every submitted website.
