Privacy Policy

• Account information from Google sign-in, such as your name, email address, and account ID.
• Submitted target URLs, audit intent data, task status, credit balances, and payment events.
• Generated audit reports, teaser results, artifact manifests, downloadable bundles, and result tokens.
• Technical data such as request metadata, logs, error details, and service diagnostics.

o-early uses information to authenticate users, create audit tasks, manage credits, process payments, generate reports, send result emails, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve service reliability.

The service may rely on Google sign-in for authentication, Creem for checkout and payment events, Resend for transactional email, OpenRouter for model access, and Cloudflare for Workers, D1, R2, Queues, logs, and infrastructure.

These providers process data only as needed to operate the service functions they support. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you interact with those services.

o-early receives payment event data such as checkout identifiers, purchased package information, and webhook status. Full card numbers, bank credentials, and sensitive payment method details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by o-early.

Submitted URLs and generated outputs may be stored so users can view task history, retrieve result links, download bundles, and recover from interrupted processing. Avoid submitting confidential third-party material unless you have authority to process it through o-early.

o-early keeps account, task, payment, and artifact records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve support issues, prevent abuse, and maintain financial records. If you need access or deletion assistance, contact feedback@o-early.com with the account email involved.

We use access controls, provider-managed infrastructure, signed webhooks, and scoped service bindings to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so do not submit targets or content you are not comfortable processing through a hosted audit workflow.
