Direct answers about the product scope, audit workflow, credits, data, and limits of AI-generated analysis.
Product
- What does AEO mean here?
- AEO means Answer Engine Optimization: improving the clarity, structure, discoverability, and trust evidence that answer engines can retrieve from a public website. It does not mean Authorized Economic Operator certification.
- Which websites are the best fit?
- Public SaaS, product marketing, and company websites are the current primary fit. Private applications, marketplaces, communities, and large content platforms may need broader analysis than this workflow provides.
- Does a high score guarantee AI citations?
- No. The score reflects observed website signals. It does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, recommendations, or behavior from any external model.
Credits
- Do credits expire?
- No. Purchased credits do not expire under the current policy.
- What happens when a run fails?
- Eligible failed runs are automatically returned when the paid workflow does not complete. Completed reports normally count as used even when you disagree with a recommendation.
- How are AI Visibility scans charged?
- Usage is based on the number of selected models and is shown in the workflow before submission.
Data and results
- What should I submit?
- Only submit public sites you own, operate, represent, or are authorized to assess. Do not submit private systems or confidential third-party content.
- Can AI recommendations be wrong?
- Yes. Reports may contain automated analysis and model-generated language. Review evidence and validate every change before relying on it.
